Wedding Pricing
Our wedding pricing starts at $5,500 for up to 150 guests. For guest counts between 150 and our indoor maximum of 225, the price is $6,500. We require 25% retainer fee at contract signing, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to your event.
All of our wedding packages include the following—after all, it is a once-in-a-lifetime celebration!
• Use of the venue on Friday from 4–7 pm, all day Saturday until 11 pm, and Sunday until 10 am to gather your belongings
• Ceremony space
• Bridal suite
• Groom’s suite
• Wedding coordinator for the weekend of your event
• Tables and chairs for up to 225 guests
• Full catering kitchen
• Indoor, handicap-accessible bathrooms
• An eclectic mix of china dishes and silverware (no rentals needed!)
• Outdoor lawn games
• Table linens
• Bartenders
• On-site parking for your guests
Rehearsal dinners held on site are $300 for up to 35 guests, which covers staffing and cleanup. You are more than welcome to hold your rehearsal here at no additional charge.
Family Reunions, Graduations and Other Gatherings
Not only do we host weddings, but we love to hold gatherings of all of life's other events. Some of our favorites are corporate events, graduation parties, family reunions, baby and bridal showers.
For these events, you will have use of the barn, kitchen, and bathrooms. Along with plenty of wide open space to play!

- Our small event booking price is $300.00an hour
- These can be held during the week or Sunday afternoons (We generally reserve all day Saturday for our brides to be)
If you are hosting a large event and would like to book a Saturday that we do not have a wedding booked the cost is $3,000 dollars, we can only reserve these days two to three months in advance.
Services available for your event are:
- Bartender (we have a full liquor license all beverages must be purchased through us)
- Kitchen facility (YOU are responsible for the cleanup)
- Tables/Chairs and Linens
- Dishes

Ron and Heidi Keys
Hello! We’re Ron and Heidi, the owners of The Barn at Mirror Lake. We’ve been married for 16 wonderful years, and while we never imagined we'd one day own a wedding venue, here we are, living out a dream. Between us, we have six amazing kids, ranging in age from 14 to 35—our family is truly a "his, hers, and ours" story. We also share our home with several lovable, furry, four-legged friends who add a little extra joy to our lives.
Ron wears many hats—when he’s not teaching at the University of Eau Claire or Chippewa Valley Technical College, he’s working hard to keep everything on the farm running smoothly and even helping out in the kitchen (he’s not afraid to do the dishes!). Heidi is your go-to for all things wedding-related. From your first inquiry to the big day itself, she’ll guide you through the process, answer your questions, and handle the day-of coordination, ensuring everything goes off without a hitch.

Since opening our doors in 2018, The Barn at Mirror Lake has proudly hosted countless memorable events, from breathtaking weddings to unforgettable celebrations. Our mission is to continue being the premier event venue in the region, providing an enchanting setting for your special day.

We offer seamless convenience with hotels and Airbnbs located just two miles away, so your guests won't need to navigate winding roads after a long celebration. The accessibility of our location, combined with the tranquility of our surroundings, creates the perfect blend of getaway and ease.
Not only does our venue boast expansive fields, but we also feature 1,200 feet of scenic lakefront. Two picturesque creeks border the property, and our private bridge makes for an idyllic photo backdrop.
